Dining

There are a range of dining options throughout Tennant Creek and across the Barkly region.

Many of the roadhouses along the Stuart Highway and Barkly Highway offer dine in or take away options. The Devils Marbles Hotel has an excellent restaurant that regularly wins Gold Plate Awards.

In Tennant Creek there are numerous cafés dotted along the main street. Try Jajjikari Café while visiting Nyinkka Nyunyu Art & Culture Centre.

The Barkly region is renown for its cattle industry and many of the hotel serve a good steak. Alternatively, for great Asian food you can’t go past Wok’s Up in the centre of Tennant Creek.
